Few days have passed since Essel and Amanda had lost their powers, and still there was no hint of what could be done to recover them. There was no one with whom they could discuss their problem.
The school was over for both of them and soon their colleges were going to start. Essel had decided to pursue Engineering and Amanda opted for a career in Archeology. Life was just Normal for both them, but ironically it was Unusual. Who wants a Normal life after experiencing such super-powers in them?

Essel and Amanda would still meet once in a while.
Essel -  Who wants those stupid powers? They were of no use, what would I have done with them anyway!
Amanda - Hmm.
Essel -      Hey Amanda.
Amanda - Yeah.
Essel -      Are their really No chances to recover our powers?
Amanda - I don't know. I hope there were any.
Essel -      Hmm.....
Amanda - Hey, we have lost the powers, and we are normal again. And everyone around us is normal. No Big Deal, if we are also normal. That's what we are meant to be. Forget those silly powers. Now we could live life normally.
Essel -      Yeah, True...........But........... Okay I need to go now. Bye.
Amanda - Hmm....Bye.

Essel just could not believe that his powers were gone. He would still imagine himself, teleporting from one place to another. Nothing could be done now, his childhood dream to have those extra-ordinary abilities had shattered.

At Essel's Home

Mom - Essel.
Essel - Yes mom.
Mom - Would you go and please bring some bread and cookies from the Bakery.
Essel - Sure Mom, am going.
Mom - Okay.

It was night-time, Essel was on his way to the Bakery. But something was strange, There were no signs of people at the whole place. He was now frightened yet excited as he thought that something exciting could happen. He saw no one on his way to the bakery, he purchased the goods. On his way back, he sensed something at his back, he turned around, saw nothing but the darkness all over. He then continued walking. He sensed something yet again but not from the back this time. It was something over his head, he instantly looked upwards but saw nothing, He continued again. He sensed something again but he considered to ignore it.

Essel - What is it? Who's this guy following me? Is this my imagination? Are they from the intelligence. I think they know that I had some kind of extraordinary powers. They would take me away, just the same way as
they do in Movies.............But I have no powers now, let them follow they won't get something from me now.

He kept on sensing someone following to his way back.

He came back home, had his dinner and went to sleep. Just a single day was left for his college to start. That would be a time for a new beginning of his life.

But it was not the End. Since then he would sense the same, everytime he would come out of his house.
